Q. I am a student working on my year in industry as part of my course, am I still eligible to enter the competition?
A. Yes, as long as you are enrolled as a student studying towards a Bachelors, Masters or PhD qualification on or before 1st September 2008

Q. If I am a student during the registration period but not at the time of submission, can I still enter the competition?
A. The submission date is the point at which you are assessed for eligibility to enter. Therefore, when you submit your entry on 1st September you must be registered as a university student.

Q. How will participants be informed if their entry is successful?
A. When the judges have decided on the winning entry, successful candidates will be contacted by email before the formal announcement is made in October.

Q. How will you communicate with participants?
A. During the competition, we will communicate with participants electronically either through this website or by email. However, if individual matters arise, we will contact participants by phone.

Q. Can I enter as part of a team?
A. Yes. We welcome entries from both teams and individuals that meet the entry criteria listed in the terms and conditions for entry.

Q. Can I enter if Im studying a discipline other than engineering or architecture?
A. No sorry, this competition is open to engineering and architecture students only.
